To subscribe, send a blank e-mail to nailed-news-on@bbr-online.co.uk with the subject "Nailed by the Heart mailing list". You'll shortly receive an automatic message asking you to confirm your wish to join the mailing list (this is to stop someone signing you up without your knowledge) – reply to that automatic message and you'll be added to the list.
To unsubscribe, send a blank e-mail to nailed-news-off@bbr-online.co.uk, likewise with the subject "Nailed by the Heart mailing list", and you'll shortly receive an automatic confirmation that you've been taken off the list.
