Thomas E. Kennedy is the author of thirteen books, including five of fiction, four of literary criticism and four anthologies. His stories have won the Angoff Award (1988), Pushcart Prize (1990), O. Henry Prize (1994) as well as story competitions by The European (1995) and Gulf Coast (2000). He has served as International Editor for Cimarron Review and is currently an advisory editor for Literary Review. He is on the international faculty of the Farleigh-Dickenson University MFA Program and has taught in the MFA Program of Vermont College, in the Ploughshares/Emerson College International Writing Seminar in the Netherlands and as visiting writer in many other universities and colleges.
