Those of you who enjoy musical theatre, and in particular rock musicals, are invited to visit http://www.dorianrocks.com
Dorian Rocks is a web site that promotes a rock musical entitled DORIAN, which is an updated adaptation of The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. The libretto was written by Steven Mayoff and the music was composed by Ted Dykstra.
The web site contains information on the history of this project and a song-by-song synopsis of the story. You can also download a full script and MP3 samples of the songs themselves. And if you like what you hear you can buy the two CD set on-line.
But mostly what we are looking for is feedback, so please come have a look and listen to this new musical theatre experience.

AA INDEPENDENT PRESS GUIDE

The AA INDEPENDENT PRESS GUIDE has been put together by Dee Rimbaud, an artist and writer, who has spent several years collating information about literary and genre magazines and presses from around the world for his own reference. To date there are well over 1,000 entries and 200 A4 pages jam packed with information. This information is kept on his computer and is updated whenever new information comes to light. So, if a magazine folds or changes contact details, these changes are noted immediately. This is a significant advantage over small press guide books that are published annually.

The AA INDEPENDENT PRESS GUIDE comes on a Microsoft Word file on CD rom. It has special features that no printed guide could possibly have. At the click of a mouse, you can contact a magazine or press by e-mail or check out their web-site.

The AA INDEPENDENT PRESS GUIDE contains as much information as it has been possible to get hold of. Some listings are basic, but the majority have some or all of the following information: the editorās name, the address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, web-site URL, year established, circulation figures, frequency, format, contributor payment details and editorial requirements. As well as this, you are informed whether the editors will consider electronic submissions: saving you a small fortune on stamps and envelopes. We also list magazines that have folded and note magazines that are currently closed to submissions or have limited reading periods, ensuring that your submissions are not returned unread.

The AA INDEPENDENT PRESS GUIDE has been put together by someone who submits to many magazines every year, so it was designed by someone who needs the same information as you. It can be yours for only £5.00 & post & packing (add £1.00 if UK resident; and £2.00 if living outside UK).

Cheques, Postal Orders or International Money Orders (in UK pounds sterling only) to:
