Mark McLaughlin's prose never disappoints. It might shock, dismay, puzzle, leave you rolling out of your seat laughing or sitting back in amazement, but it never disappoints. The collection ZOM BEE MOO VEE is a unique, one-of-a-kind romp through tv and movielands that never were (thankfully), playing on emotions and memories, asking "what if" questions you don't want the answers to, and yet... you gotta know. Truly one of the most creative, poetic minds of modern literature.

Pure twisted delight! Mark McLaughlin, like so many of us, has clearly seen far too many cheap movies and tv shows. But unlike the rest of us, he's able to mix them with originality and very dark humor to concoct a real treat for horror fans. ZOM BEE MOO VEE is a hell of a show!

Momma wouldn't want you to read this. Your priest would urge you to tear it to shreds. And if that isn't a recommendation for you to sit down and devour this from cover to cover I don't know what is. McLaughlin is HOT! If your palette is jaded, come to the feast that is Mark McLaughlin... here are massive helpings of grisly horror, black humour and surreal splendour. Hugely satisfying, but I guarantee you'll beg for more.

There is no foreign movie called "Oh, But You Will"; no Christmas special called "Santa's Elves Meet Painsettia Plont"; no fifties sitcom called "The Little Perky Show", sponsored by Koala Kough Syrup; no bedroom comedy called "Grandmama's Naughty Perfume".
